Here Is How You Can Tell If A Market Is Going To Be Easy To Rank For:Sign #1 - There are a lot of new domain names in the top 10 for the search term you are looking to rank your site for.

If you find a niche market that has a lot of new domain names ranking high, you're going to want to realize that that is a great sign that the market is a good market.

The reason is that Google wants to make sure you have age in your domain name & site before they let you go high in the search results for competitive keywords.

And if you see sites that are newer, that means you don't have to compete with domain names that were registered in the late 1990's.
Sign #2 - Sub-domains are ranking high.

This is a great sign as well. If you see sites that are in the 10 ten that have links to pages other then their home page, that is a really good thing.

So if you type in a keyword and see that the first ranked site has a link to an article page, that is a good sign...

The reason is that when you are trying to rank for really competitive keywords, it is almost impossible to rank a sub-page. So when you see this, it is usually a good sign that you can get traffic in that niche.
